Our service is designed for high demand - we handle a greater volume of tube cutting than any other independent steel tube stockholder, which means our capabilities are finely tuned for maximum efficiency.
We take on a range of product volumes for tube cutting, however our minimum quantity on small batches is 100 cuts/ length.

BLM Adige TwinCut Saw
Elite Tube holds three BLM Adige TwinCut Saws for round, square and rectangular tubes. The TwinCut enables two bars and four different lengths to be cut per bar, making the process of cutting tubes much faster and cleaner than before with additional deburring technology.
Our TwinCut machines are capable of processing 4,000 cuts per hour.
RSA Rasacut SC Modular Sawing Centre
A single cut sawing centre for tube cutting, tube washing and swarf elimination. The Rasacut SC is equipped for high output, helping to reduce cycle times. With the ability to make quick adjustments for handling different tube lengths, and minimal set up requirements, our Rasacut SC enables us to work efficiently on a range of projects.
Adige CM 601 Saw
An automatic CNC cold sawing machine for medium and short tube, equipped with CNC control. The CM 601 is mainly used for our smaller cut lengths, giving us the capabilities to offer cut lengths as small as 10mm long.
